2925 Premiere Pkwy #130, Duluth, GA 30097. Mon–Tue 8am–4pm, Wed–Thu 9am–5pm, Fri closed.

Yes. If you're in pain or have a broken or knocked-out tooth, call us right away at (770) 623-8700 and we'll prioritize getting you comfortable.
How often should I come in?
For most patients, every six months. We'll recommend a schedule that's right for your specific needs.
