Full-Mouth Reconstruction

A comprehensive, personalized plan designed to restore health, function, comfort, and confidence across your smile.

Cosmetic & Restorative

Full-mouth reconstruction—also called full-mouth rehabilitation—combines multiple restorative treatments to rebuild or replace many or all teeth across the upper and lower arches. It may be considered when extensive damage, wear, or tooth loss affects the health, function, or appearance of your smile.

When it may be considered

  • Multiple missing teeth caused by decay or trauma
  • Numerous fractured, weakened, or extensively restored teeth
  • Severe tooth wear caused by grinding, clenching, or acid erosion, including acid reflux
  • Complex bite or chewing concerns related to extensive tooth damage or loss

A plan designed around you

Treatment begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your teeth, gums, supporting bone, bite, dental history, and personal goals. Any underlying concerns—such as active decay, gum disease, grinding, or erosion—should also be addressed to help protect your results.

Depending on your needs, your treatment plan may include onlays, crowns, bridges, veneers, dental implants, dentures, periodontal care, or orthodontic treatment. Specialist collaboration may also be recommended when appropriate.

Completed one step at a time

Full-mouth reconstruction is often completed in carefully planned phases. Your dentist will explain the recommended sequence, available alternatives, expected timeline, and ongoing maintenance before treatment begins. The total treatment time depends on the complexity of your individual needs.
