In-Office Membership Plan
No insurance? Our patients don't need it. Sign up for our in-office membership plan and get your preventive care for a low monthly fee.
Insurance
At Premiere Dental Studio, we operate as an out-of-network provider for most PPO plans, and we do not accept Medicaid or HMO plans.
As a courtesy, we're pleased to submit your claims, provided we receive your insurance information by the day of your appointment. It's essential that you familiarize yourself with your benefits in advance. The estimated patient portion not covered by insurance will be collected at the time of service. While we work to provide accurate cost estimates, we cannot guarantee insurance coverage and are not responsible for any delays or discrepancies in claim processing.
It's important to note that dental insurance rarely provides 100% coverage for procedures; typically, coverage ranges from 50% to 80%, depending on your specific plan and premiums. A lower reimbursement generally indicates more limited coverage under your plan — not that our fees are too high.
To keep everything running smoothly, please inform us promptly of any changes to your insurance, including updates to your policy, provider, or employment. This helps prevent delays in processing your claims.

Our practice accepts most major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and insurance plans. We also offer flexible financing through CareCredit, Alphaeon Credit, and — now — Cherry, so you can get the treatment you need with a payment plan that fits your budget.
